my story

i spent all my twenties in london, working in the fashion industry. life was fast, busy, and full of opportunities, but at the same time i often felt worn out and disconnected from myself. the city pace didn’t leave much room to slow down or breathe.

movement became the constant that kept me steady. i’ve been training for over 12 years, and what began as just working out turned into something much deeper. moving my body gave me space to reset, to feel grounded, and to come back to myself when everything else felt too much.

eventually, i knew this was what i wanted to share with others. i became a certified fitness coach and pilates teacher, and i also began guiding meditation and breathwork. together, these practices showed me that strength and softness belong side by side -  you don’t need to choose one over the other.

after 8 years in london, i decided to look for a slower, more balanced way of living, and moved to benidorm on the costa blanca. here i bring together movement, stillness, and breath, and create space for people to feel stronger, more grounded, and more connected in their own bodies and lives.

this is the path that feels true to me, and i’m grateful to share it with anyone ready to explore it too.

my METHOD

my approach is about strengthening the body from the inside out, not just how it looks, but how it feels and supports you in daily life. i believe in a holistic way of moving: building resilience, balance, and confidence, while also creating space to connect back to yourself.

together, these practices form my method: a blend of movement, breath, and stillness to help you feel stronger, more grounded, and more connected inside and out.

mat pilates

my pilates sessions are designed to challenge, strengthen, and ground you in your body. through precision and awareness, you build deep core strength, improve posture, and tap into resilience that goes beyond the mat.

strength + conditioning

these sessions focus on building power, endurance, and stability. it’s about becoming stronger and more capable in a way that feels sustainable - finding that balance where effort meets ease.

breathwork + meditation

these powerful sessions release tension, regulate energy, and shift how you feel in both body and mind. it’s a practice that opens space for clarity, grounding, and emotional reset and release.

my background allows me to combine functional strength training with pilates precision and the grounding practices of breathwork, creating a vast variety of sessions that support both body and mind.

my approach to fitness is holistic: i focus on strengthening the body from the inside out while cultivating awareness, resilience, and balance. i combine pilates, strength & conditioning, breathwork, and mindfulness to create sessions that challenge and ground you, helping you feel strong, capable, and connected in your own body. every session is tailored to your needs, goals, and energy, whether in a group setting or 1:1.

experience

i’ve been practicing fitness for 12 years, starting by helping family and friends build strength and confidence. after my certifications, i worked across different fitness, pilates, and yoga studios in London, leading classes like mat pilates, strength & conditioning, conditioning flow, pilates strength, pilates hiit, and small group PT sessions.

 

i’ve also guided private clients and communities, organising wellness events and retreats, and successfully leading 1:1 sessions as both a personal trainer and pilates teacher.

development

i believe growth never stops. i’m currently training to become a sound healing practitioner and learning to work with crystal bowls, bringing more tools to support both physical and mental wellbeing, and deepen the holistic experience i offer to clients.
