my story
after years of living in london and working in the fast-paced fashion world, I found myself constantly on the go: long hours, busy days, and little time to feel grounded. movement became the one space where I could slow down, reconnect, and feel at home in my body.
what started over twelve years ago as a personal practice gradually became something deeper, and eventually led me to where I am today. I’m now a certified pilates teacher, personal trainer, and wellness instructor, specialising in pilates, strength training, deep stretching, and meditation.
my work is rooted in a holistic approach: supporting both body and mind through intentional movement, building strength, improving mobility, and creating space to pause and reset.
after eight years in london, i chose to move to benidorm on the costa blanca to create a lifestyle more aligned with this way of living. here, i offer a three-sixty experience designed to help you feel stronger, more balanced, and connected within yourself.
